Why Indian Summer is my favorite time of the year

Red, yellow, brown, green, and if you look really closely: a touch of gold.

No wonder my favorite time of the year is when summer has come to an end, but temperatures are still comfortable, even warm (18 – 25 Β° C: just perfect) and the trees are getting ready for winter. As much as in spring, you feel nature is alive!

Going for walks, planning a trip to the Nationale Plantentuin (Meise, Belgium) or a National Park (if you are really really lucky, you can admire the magic autumn in Canada or on the island of Hokkaido, Japan), going to the Ardennen (also in Belgium, no need to travel far to enjoy the beauty of nature sometimes), …

This is #Belgium! And I love it #travel #staycation

As long as I can be outside, I’m truly happy and moved by all the colors around me.

Since I believe images say more than a thousand words, I’m just going to let my pictures speak for themselves. Enjoy!
